The HD-8 couples an 8 inch pad to a solid random orbital dual action Stroke to deliver a stronger, lighter Experience in Dual Action sanding. It features all the power, and the same dependable air motor, as the Model 900. But it s almost 20 lighter! An ingenious drive geometry features double row orbit bearings and a 5-point pad attachment. There is no center stud to flex or bend, so the pad always flat on the work surface. You get fast, even sanding, and a better quality finish with less effort, less vibration, and reduced operator fatigue.
